My interest in programming started in high school in grade 10 - 2005, and it has driven every step since. Today I specialise in backend engineering — APIs, integrations and data-driven platforms — with the frontend capability to deliver complete products end to end. My professional path began in the South African National Defence Force as an Electronic Warfare operator in signal intelligence, where accuracy under pressure was non-negotiable. That standard has defined how I build software ever since.

Since 2015 I have engineered backend and frontend systems at Kenesis: web platforms, APIs, desktop software and mobile applications across PHP, C#, Python, JavaScript and SQL. I take ownership from requirements through to deployment, and I keep my toolset current — the stack changes; the standard doesn't.
